Data Processing and Storage

Breezyone (the App) only accesses and processes your screenshot data on your iPhone (device) locally. Each time upon completion of the data processing, the App can save a composed image (the Output) to your device, such as your photo library. All of these data are and will be stored locally, and will not be uploaded or sent anywhere out of your device in any situation.

The App does not identify you throughout this operation.

Data Collection and Advertisement

Breezyone is supported by advertisements via Google AdMob. Solely for this purpose will the App connect with Google AdMob’s infrastructure for advertising. You may visit its website for more information of their privacy policy here:

Breezyone does not keep track of your profile, whenever and wherever applicable, individually.

Compliance with Various Privacy Laws in Advertising (Ad)

Breezyone endeavours to protect your data and privacy by complying with various privacy laws in advertising:

• Subject to European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), user / parental consents are sought for presenting users with advertisements.

• Subject to the privacy laws of US states, such as California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), Breezyone only presents non-personalised advertisements that do not base on your prior behaviour.

• Subject to Brazilian Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD), information of Ad Technology Providers is available at Google Admob’s website below.

According to Google Admob’s processing, an identifier (ID) in your device would be used by Ad vendor(s) for serving non-personalised advertisements in Breezyone.

Conclusion

All in all, since all processing are performed on your device locally, and that no log will be retained in the App and sent out, we do not knowingly collect any of your data processed on Breezyone.
