Introduction and Acceptance

This document contains the terms of use of Breezyone (the App). By installing the App and running it, you are deemed to accept the related terms and conditions (Terms of Use and Privacy Statement) with regards to the operation of the App on your iPhone (your device), and your use of Breezyone are bounded to these terms and conditions.

If you find the Privacy Statement and/or Terms of Use unacceptable, you may uninstall Breezyone to refrain from using the App. All information of Breezyone may then be removed from your device.

Accesses to Your Data

When Breezyone is first used, the App would request your permission to access your photo library. You need to allow Breezyone to read the photos on your device, and save the composed images (the Outputs) to your photo library upon your further instruction.

Once the permission is granted, you may change the access mode later, or completely revoke the permission at will.

Information Security and Protection

Reasonable effort has been placed to implement suitable standards of technology and operational security to protect you in using Breezyone. You may rest assured that the App will never upload or send your photos anywhere out of your device.

The developer of Breezyone understands that what you are doing with the App is your own business, as such no log will be retained there.

Liability

Breezyone does not control, take responsibility for or assume liability for the content that you produce, nor for any loss or damage caused in the process of using the App. You are solely responsible for your use and agree to use the App at your own risk.

The App requires access to the Internet for the sole purpose for online advertisement, for example to download sponsors’ messages for presentation. Though Breezyone is free software itself, other service fees (e.g. cellular network, data roaming charges) may apply and vary between different network service providers of yours.

All content, including but not limited to the software, text, displays, images and the design, of Breezyone are copyrighted materials of the Developer of the App. Modification, reproduction and/or distribution of the App without the Developer’s consent is prohibited.

Language

For all purposes, the English language version of the terms and conditions shall be the original, governing instrument and understanding between you and us. In the event of any conflict between this English language version of them and any subsequent translation into any other language, the English language version shall pervail.

Changes to the Terms of Use and Privacy Statement

The latest terms and conditions are available on the Breezyone website（https://www.breezyone.app） and preloaded to the latest App version. You are expected to update the App and check it regularly so that you understand the updates. Your continued use of the App will be deemed acceptance thereof.

If you find the updates unacceptable, you may uninstall the App to deny the acceptance at any time. All information of Breezyone may then be removed from your device.
